How Do I Create a Path to Peace?

Create genuine peace of mind with a meditation course based upon the science of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This learning process incorporates breath sequence, sound current, mudras, sitting postures and mental focus. Guru Jiwan Singh will teach with kindness and patience to guide all through to a place of peace. 8 week session – Fridays from 7:00 – 8:30 pm, begins April 11th. Join us for a “meet the teacher and have a cup of tea” event April 4th at 7:00 pm.
