Balanced Athlete: New Class Begins July 15th

A powerful Yoga class created with every BODY in mind.

Combining the principles and postures of Hatha Yoga with strength and conditioning movements, this class realigns the muscular-skeletal system to allow one to move through any fitness regimen safely. As we continue seeing more injuries come out of intensity training, we are pleased to provide a class offering a strong foundation to give athletes a safe practice combined with a mental edge.
